there's a particular kind of discovery that feels almost too good to share: the one-day-only food event with my favorite chef, the small galician brand still working with the same village artisans, the quiet coastal region that time forgot and crowds haven't found yet. i live for those finds. this is where i put them.
here's what i do:
- travel: i plan trips the way i'd plan my own. no cookie-cutter itineraries. never a chain hotel, with access to the people and producers and tables that make it worth the flight.
- parties & events: i bring the same obsessive curation to gatherings. the food, the setting, the details. the kind of party people talk about afterward.
- city guides & the blog: i write about cities the way a local would, if that local had strong opinions and zero interest in what's trending.
- content & brand work: if you make something genuinely beautiful or distinct, i'd love to talk. i only work with brands i'd actually tell my friends about.
i'm vivi: new york based, argentine and spanish at heart, raised between buenos aires and the coasts of europe. i grew up driving across europe in a rental car with my parents for months at a time, at long summer tables where the food came straight from someone's hands, where the best meal you'd ever have was in a place with no sign and no social presence and no reason to exist except that the family had been doing it this way for four generations. that's what i chase.
